well, in rome you can't miss coloseum, piazza venezia, piazza di espania, piazza di popolo, vatican and vatican's museum...etc
but my favorit is: Tiber - river Tiber and Ponte Sant'Angelo! Water of Tiber is green like emerald. There is long walkside by the river. Water is so peaceful and gives you some calmness.
