This was my third trip to Thailand and this time I stayed a month. It was amazing as usual, I went snorkeling, fishing, shopping and just relaxed. Starting in Bangkok, then travelling to Cha-Am, Rayong and Koh Samet (the most beautiful island I've been to)and then back to Bangkok.

Ko Samet is the most beautiful island I've ever been to. It's a rather small island with beautiful beaches and clear blue water. On the island of Samet the main occupation is to relax. But of course there are other things to do as well. Something that I've done twice (-03 and -05) is to go on a boat trip around the island. You get to go fishing, snorkeling and visit a shark farm. The shark farm was absolutely amazing! The've got baby sharks, turtles and pirayas.

Ko Samet is a national park circa 7 km from the main land (Rayong). The most well known beacheas are Hat Sai Kaew, Ao Phai, Ao Vong Duan, Ao Wai och Ao Kui Na Nok on the east coast and Ao Prao on the west coast.

Both of the times that I've visited Ko Samet I've stayed at Sai Kaew Beach Resort, a beautiful resort on the beach of Sai Kaew. I'd certainly recommend it!
