Packing Again!

After just less than a month chilling out in Brisbane I'm finally packing the rucksack again. Tomorrow morning I'm flying to Sydney for New Year where I'm staying until the 2nd of January before flying to Melbourne for a small road trip with "Dougie". Dougie has been travelling the East Coast of Australia and came along to visit my brother and myself for Christmas in Brisbane.

Dougie is a friend from back in the UK and used to be at university with my brother back in the day.

After Melbourne I'll be heading up the coast to Sydney once again to meet up with my girlfriend from the UK, Kate on the 19th of January. From there we'll probably spend a few days in Sydney before flying to Cairns then covering the East Coast before hitting Brisbane again.

It's hard work just thinking about it!! But it should be great fun and I'll be attempting to keep my blog up to date! I may even delegate a few paragraphs to Dougie or Kate!

After this trip I'll be reviewing the finances and how I'm feeling before perhaps looking for a job in one of the cities.

So far, Australia has seemed very chilled out and everything seems so much more spread out. Whilst this is good, without a car and living in surburbia its pretty difficult to get around. I'm loving the chilled out vibe though and everyone seems very friendly over here.... maybe it's the sun.
