Iguazu Falls - Brazil and Argentina
I spent three days in Puerto Iguazu, a day on the Argentina side of the falls, a day on the Brailian side and a day of rest in between.
It was an amazingly sunny day for my visit to the Agrentina falls so I made sure I had enough sunscreen on. The falls were stunning. Each walking trail presented a different but equally stunning view of the falls. My favourite path was one that led me to stand right under the falls and in turn getting completely drenched. Not already being wet enough I decided to take a boat under the falls to take a closer look. It was fun but pretty pointless as the driver of the boat made sure everyone got a good soaking. Whilst walking from trail to trail there was a lively Tocan spotted in a tree, it was great to see one in the wild and catch a few photos of it.
I wasnt expecting that much from the Brazilian side of the falls arfter being blown away by the Argentina side but I was pleasantly surprised. The Brazilian side offer a great view of the falls from a distance offering a picture postcard opportunity. As well as the amazing view there was also plenty of wildlife on offer including Tocans and small badger type creatures (I dont remember their name!).
All in all it was an interesting few days at the fall and was well worth a visit.
