Come morning, we explored the Sulpher Works, Emerald Lake, and Lake Helen, picnicked at the overlook near the Bumpass Hell. Take the opportunity to take a leisure hike to Bumpass Hell. What a fascinating history, hence the name! Let us allow you to discover the facts yourself! After taking the abiding to appreciate the offerings of our Mother Earth, snapping pictures for our memories, and inhaling refreshing air, we decided to simply drive through and stop at little points to savor.

Ending our day, we camped at Manzanita Lake Campground and winded down to rest our shelter of our souls. Chrissy was first to bid good night, followed by BS. Before she (BS) snuggled in her sleeping bag, BS and Alynn exchanged few words. She thought she had given Alynn the key to her auto and Alynn doesn’t recall receiving the key. While BS snuggled for the night, Alynn went to the washroom for personal hygiene and some relief. She (Alynn) sensed something was off but couldn’t put her finger to it. Returning to the camp, she asked BS for the key and BS told her that she already gave it to her. Poor Alynn, she spent the next two hours searching highs and lows for such tiny thing. Being exhausted and nippy, she surrendered and allowed the stars to carry her away to Forever World.
