Day 20 - part 2
Before running out of time of daylight, the chicks scurried into the Durango truck and headed out to ferry across from Edmonds, near Snohomish, to Kingston to visit a friend, Sally (name changed for privacy purpose) . How reviving it is to breathe in COLD, fresh air across the river/bay! While visiting Sally, our day was enlightened with the vibrant, radiant life of animals! Bogey, Sally's daughter's cat, fell in love with BS! He had never shown any interested in ladies, only men until BS came into his life! He rubbed his purring love onto BS's head and kid you not! He was practically all over her head!
Our tummies were starting to rumble and grumble for our attention, so we dined at local Thai restaurants. Thai Taste in Port Orchard is not recommended unless you don't mind having a typical Thai dish in a bit of a run-down place.
