Chris had given us detailed directions of of taking a train to a bus and then walk to get to her place but Su and I had been up all night and we said screw it. It was only really 7 miles away. We hopped a Taxi and we on our way.
However Chris thought we would be there later and hadn't yet left the key out for us so we were left stranded on her front porch. We finally get a hold of her and got inside. She had to go to work and Su and I had the day to wander around and check things out. We spend the first part of it sleeping. Then headed out to Harvard for lunch.
We found a lovely little Italian place and we gorged on food. We ordered so much and Sangria. It was a lovely way to start the day. After lunch we went to downtown boston and walked around. We found an old cemetary with old creepy headstones. Very cool.
We made it over to Paul Revere's house. It was closed cause it was late but it was very nice to see it.
We did meet up with Chris and we went on a haunted tour. It took us all over Boston telling us about the creepy back stories to the ghosts and massacres of Boston. It was totally informative and really very cool.
We ended up close to Cheers and we stopped by for a nightcap. Or 3. :D We closed it down. And got a little tipsy chile doing it. The worst part was trying to find a cab afterwards... like the rest of the partiers in Boston. We made it back home and finally crawled into bed.
