Nainital is a hill station in the state of Uttarkhand north of Delhi.Named after a hindu godess whose eyes fell upon the earth and transformed into a lake..it is called(Naini)eyes and (Tal)lake. Iwas fascinated at the naturally bountiful forest among high hills on the edge of the Himalayas in the Kumaoan range it is 1938 mts above sea level. The temperature during day was around 15c and the night bacame chill around 3c. They said it would snow that night and I tried staying awake to get out in the snow when it happens, but oops I fell asleep and woke up to know that it did not snow that night. The town of Nainital was founded by the British in the begening of the 18th century and is still in shape maybe except for some modern constructions. However the town retains the aesthetic look and is beautiful and clean.
