This day was a bit weird, because we were already in Price and had dinner plans with our friend Emeri and her family in Salt Lake City. However, our motel reservations were in Idaho, meaning we would have to do the majority of our driving at night. Still, fine by us. We spent the day in Salt Lake City relaxing. We went to the tabernacle for a bit but were creeped out, so hung out at a park for awhile. We wrote postcards, made phone calls, read, etc. The weather was beautiful and we had fun. We went to a graffitied building called 337, which was razed the next Saturday. It was (so we are told) meant to be demolished so a bunch of local graffiti artists came and decorated, and the final result was so cool they no longer wanted to destroy the building. However, environmentally-friendly apartments apparently must be made, so alas, 337 is no more. But we did spent about an hour or so checking out the outside, the backyard, and the few rooms the public is given access to.  Then we went to our friend Emeri's house, where we had a great homecooked meal with Emeri, her mom, dad, brother and his wife. It was delicious and their family is so much fun! We left a little late, though and had a bit of a drive ahead of us. We got into Idaho at around 11 at night, and with Auni asleep in the backseat, Matt pulled over the car and him and I climbed up a hill and stargazed. We couldn't see as much as we wanted and it was about 30 degrees out, so that didn't last very long. We got to the motel at around 12:30 or 1 AM.
