Mashall Bay and Devise Port

As there were no cafes opened for breakfast at where we were staying, we had to make breakfast ourselves.

We were supposed to wait for Chris that promised to bring us out to one of the island but we waited until 1pm, still not heard from him. We decided to call him telling him that we were going to the Whitemark Town for lunch.

We arrived at the one and only hotel cum restaurant at about 1.45pm but they were closed for lunch at 1.30pm. We then went to the bakery for lunch, which turned out to be good. We bought some groceries then drove to Castle Rock for the walk.

However we somehow missed the junction and ended up visiting the beach! We first stopped at the Mashall Bay for picture stop then continued driving to Devise Port. It was gorgeous.

The next stop was Lilies Beach. We spent about an hour strolling down the beach climbing up the boulders and picking up shells...

We then went back to the Whitemark town, I had an ice cream and Charlie had some beer.  We only saw four cars during the entire journey back from Lilies Beach to Whitemark. What I like about this small town is, it seems everyone know each other and they would waive at you when driving on the opposite side of the road! They are so friendly!

It was Charlie's birthday, so we had a really nice meal at the FurneauxTavern , which is also the one and only restaurant/hotel in Lady Baron. We were very lucky to get there before 7.30pm because they won’t serve dinner after that! Though the menu had limited choices, the food was good, especially my chocolate crème brûlée
