Looking for tranquility, peace of mind and an adventure of some kind? What about a beach for serenity? Or a cave for peacefulness? Perhaps the jungle will do? What about a look back to your beloved country's history? I believed I knew what you are looking for: Corregidor Island.

This tadpole-shape island is a ferry ride from Manila Bay.  Beach bummers will truly enjoy the quiet beach in the south of the island known to the locals as South Dock.  Concrete benches are made available for beach goers.  Corregidor Inn offers different beach activities you can do alone or with your friends: Sunset viewing, sunrise viewing, beach volleyball, tug-o-war, bonfire, camping by the beach, fishing in Corregidor North and South Dock and do some rock picking for your rock collections or simply laze on your beach towel by the beach enjoying the hot sun.

The Corregidor Inn staff also offers fishing by the boat, island hopping or simply touring around the island with your local guide.

Cave fanatics?  You'll enjoy their hiking/trekking activity wherein you can visit hidden caves, tunnels and different jungle's trails with your fun to be with tour guides.  For those who are not ready for the immediate walkathon, you can choose to take  the Easy Hike (from Point of Interest to Malinta Tunnel), Moderate Hike (from Point of Interest to Bat cave, Army Post Hospital, Mile Long Barracks, Japanese Tunnel, Lighthouse) or Endurance Hike (from Points of Interest to Japanese Tunnel, Battery Wheeler, Battery Cheney, Battery Hannah, Battery Smith, Duck-walk Tunnel, Army Post Hospital, Bat Cave).

And of course, you don't want to miss their newest adventure: Zipline!  The Zipline in Corregidor starts from Corregidor Inn and stretch tot he South Beach area, 30 feet height and over 300 meters long.

Different tour packages are available to maximize the amenities and the beauty of the island:

  • Regular Tour and Overnight Package
  • Nature Tour and Adventure Package
  • Educational Group Tours
  • Corporate Team-building Challenge
  • Free and Easy Island Vacation
  • Theme Banquets

For those who choose to stay overnight, Corregidor Inn offers twin rooms/double rooms, single room and suite room.  Each room features an intercom, shower with hot and cold water and an air-conditioning.  La Playa restaurant opens at 7AM and closes by 9PM.
