I am raised in LA. my home sweet home. I have west side pride. I visit once a month. I get homesick. This is gonna be my travel blog every time i visit LA. I love LA, my home. *ALWAYS UNDER CONSTRUCTION*
ONE OF THE BEST HAMACHI
I just arrived from MEXICO, i plan to just relax. Erin talked me into having sushi with Tracy. Alice, victor, and her friend, AL. i can't say no to sushi.

erin has been telling me about this place for months. i am glad i finally got a chance to try it. it passed the MY HAMACHI test with flying colors.

everything i ordered was outstanding, hamachi, eel, stripped bass, sea bream, octopus, and fishbone. all were fresh and smooth. all for $20

it was a simple sushi bar. no fancy ambiance or background music. just give me a TV and freah sushi am happy.

aki and his son are the sushi chef's. there are others too but i don't know their names. everybody that eats there are mainly regulars who knows aki and other customers. it's like cheers, everybody knows your name.

i would definitely come back. it is worth the drive from the valley. there "catch of day" changes daily. aki always has special dishes for his regulars.
