My mum was craving for some sushi. she has always wanted to eat here. i have eaten at the Beverly hills location before. this is located in the new americana across the street of the glendale galleria

it was kinda cold by we ate outside the patio. there were plenty of heat lamps. we got the view of the water fountain show that plays every 15mins.

we ordered the Prime Filet w/ Foie Gras Plum Wine Soy Sauce. OMG THIS IS HEAVEN ON A PLATE. i normally don't like to mix meat with foie gras. however, this is an exception. i would be happy with this.

we ordered the katsuya roll, which is tuna, salmon, yellow tail, rice, avocado wrapped in cumcumber. OMG i can live of this as well. it always a pefect balance of flavors.

we ordered the Crispy Rice w/ Spicy Tuna. that is not bad, however, it was not spicy enough for my mum's standards.

we ordered the basic sushi we always order, eel, spider roll, yellow tail, and yellow tail collar.

CALL ME CRAZY. I LOVE THEIR BATHROOM ESPECIALLY THE SINK!!!! :P
