I went here with my BFF, lees, 30min before they close. i was our first time here. we have heard of it, but, never checked it out. they have 7 locations, burbank, encino, ventura, brea, irvine and downtown LA. we went to the glendale location. this is a half price sushi, which is not that bad for the quality. however, the rolls are full price.
we sat at the sushi bar. i ordered the tiger roll, a reverse roll with eel, salmon, and spicy sauce and my favorite eel sushi.
lees ordered the ultimate albacore, a reverse roll with shrimp tempura and albacore of course. these rolls we ordered were huge. she also ordered a lychee martini. that was yummy and strong.
we would like to come back and try other rolls and the desserts. i heard they had a deep fried green tea ice cream and banana tempura. that sounds good to me.
