I spent 4 and half weeks in Mexico visiting friends

Ranch

This ranch near Tepatitlan was stunning and had so much history attached to it.  We were given a tour around the house and were shown the present kitchen, the kitchen from twenty years ago and then a kitchen from who knows when, it was really basic and pretty much outside, it was great to kind of go back in time.  After having lunch, there was a game of volleyball and in the evening there were copious amounts of tequila and coke with kumquats that were picked off the trees that grew in the courtyard.  Later on a fire was lit outside and we all sat round toasting marshmellows, it was so peaceful, I've never felt so serene.
