A chronicle of living in Thailand for 3 years. I was based in the northern Thai city of Chiang Mai, but tried to travel around the country as much as possible. Reviews of things to do, places to eat, places to go and different experiences.
Cute B&B in a great Old City location
This is really nice little B&B that is in the centre of the Old City in a prime location. It's right across the street from Wat Chedi Luang, Chiang Mai's oldest wat, which also makes it easy to get back to on public transportation. It's also within walking distance of a number of great Old City attractions and makes it easy to explore this quaint area.

They have two sections to the hotel, one is the B&B and the other is the Vacation Lodge. The Lodge is the nicer (and of course more expensive) section. That said, the B&B is still quite nice and very good value. The rooms range in the THB1300-1800 range, which is very reasonable for the location and quality. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated and all have en-suite bathrooms, air-con, minibar fridge and cable TV. Breakfast & taxes are included in the price. There is also free internet access 24 hours, both on computers in the lobby and through Wi-Fi in your room. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms and check-in is 1pm and Check-out at 12pm.

We've had quite a few friends stay here on different occasions and we've stayed here once and everyone has been really happy with their experiences here. I would highly recommend this spot.
