The Hydrofoil that bought us to Paros

Today was a travel day. We left the Island of Mykonos, took a hydrofoil to the Island pf Paros.  Getting on was a zoo, no line no order everybody pushes and shoves all this while carrying all of our luggage. The ride on the hydrofoil was very cool, we skimmed over and sometimes thru the waves at incredible speed, the trip was just over an hour long.

Our ride took us to the hotel, one of the biggest rooms we have been in.  It has 4 twin beds.  The bathroom has a tiny tub with a showerhead that was an after thought.  After settling in, we took a 5 minute walk to the dock area and the winding streets of the old city.  The pace here is much slower then Mykonos, and not nearly as crowded.  Had pizza for dinner.  We try and have a pizza in ever city, this was one of the best so far one.

Just got caught up on your travels..Wow!!Your 45th day..Darcy, a belated happy birthday to you..I'm sure this is one you'll remember for a long time..I loved Greece, but Rome is definately one of my favorite cities..You must throw "3 coins in the fountain.", climb the Spanish steps, and see the Borghese Museum..There's soooo much to see in Rome..Enjoy. Hugs, Dorean
