It is amazing how much work is put into one piece of crystal and the level of detail they put into each and every step of the process. We took our walk through the factory, purchased a few pieces and then headed back onto the road and towards Dublin.
I would like to say that it was an easy trip but our poor GPS system didn’t have the exact steps to get to the Jury Croke Park Hotel in Dublin.
Tomorrow is the Book of Kells, Trinity College, museums and monuments. There is no need to wake up early or rush since everything is just a mile or so away from here. And no, we will not be taking the car. I have promised my husband’s aching white knuckles that they will not have to grip the wheel again in this country until we head out to return the car on Saturday. A promise is a promise and I plan on using our legs instead of giving Greg any further grey hairs.
PS – For those that are Harry Potter fans, I have successfully finished the 7th book yesterday and I am happy to say – it rocked!
