WILDFLOWERS IN MY FRONT YARD

It was a beautiful clear sunday in the spring in las vegas. i have been wanting to take photos of the desert flowers in my front yard. this would have been a good time to hike death valley or valley of fire. since my other digi cam was in the hospital. i am using my back up. i was shock this one was not acting up. i had problems with it freezing while i press "play". I DO LOVE MACRO FILTER :)

one of the flowers looks like cherry blossoms but they are not. i need to find out the names of these flowers. i have been living here for 2 years. i just noticed the wild flowers out here. i really do need to stop and smell the roses LOL.

it has been cold, windy, cloudy, hot, sunny and clear for the past week. the weather can't make up it's mind. i am glad when i go for a jog. it was sunny and clear.  if i waited an hour later, i would be caught in the wind. TODAY IS A GOOD DAY TO HANG OUT AND ENJOY THE SUN :)
