SCENIC DRIVE THRU RED ROCK NATIONAL PARK
August 5, 2007
It was my cousin and his girlfriend's first time come here. i took them on a scenic drive. the drive was about 11 miles. about 20mins with no stopping. i love coming here to relax and chill. it was a gorgeous day as well. it was 95 degrees and breezy. we went at 1pm. many people were there to go hiking and having a picnic. i wish we had more time to hike.
Red rock national park is located west of the strip. it is a 30min drive from the strip. the quickest way is to drive south to charleston blvd. and make a left. i am a local to a take the 215 west exit charleston blvd. turn left. watch the signs where to enter the park.
