For those who do not know him, he is an american chef who has a show on the FOOD NETWORK called "EMERIL LIVE". i love the FOOD NETWORK. i love to eat. LIFE IS FOOD, FOOD IS LIFE :)

GOSH I MISS THIS IN LA
BELIEVE IT OR NOT. THIS IS THE #1 RATED "BEST STEAKHOUSE IN VEGAS" 1994 - 2007 FROM THE LAS VEGAS JOURNAL.
i finally went here. i had house guests. they are "meat and potatoes" kinds of people. i though this was the best place to take them.
we all ordered the same thing and shared a dessert. we ordered the petite cut prime rib with baked potato and carrots and a side of au jus. OMG THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST PRIME RIB I HAVE EVERY HAD.
our dessert was a chocolate covered chocolate mousse. YUMMY, SO SMOOTH, SO RICH, SO RICH, AND YUMMY :)
this is very "old skool" steak house. circus circus hotel is not an elegent hotel. it's more of a family hotel. NO CLUBS AND NO TRENDY SHOPS. the majority of the clientèles are 60 and up. i love the ambience. the picture frames of the walls are different types of cows HAHAHAHA. the music the background are the "rat pack" and frank sinatra.
i am definitely coming back here to try the porterhouse, rib eye and surf and turf. it is such and out of the way place to find a perfect piece of steak, but, it's worth it :)
