This was rated "BEST OF VEGAS 2005 and 2007" in the LAS VEGAS JOURNAL. i have eaten to a few thai restaurants in vegas. this was one of the best.

my mum and i met up with my aunt and 2 other friends for some thai food. this was a new place. the first one is one lake mead/rainbow.

we started off:

Satay (Chicken)
Selectively tender meat marinated with coconut milk, oriental spice. Served with peanut sauce and cucumber salad

Beef Jerky (One sun beef)
Beef marinated in special Thai spice, dried in one sun and deep fried.

we ordered:

Tom - Yum - Koong
A lemon grass soup with shrimp, mushroom, jalapeno and lime juice.

Tom - Yum - Kai
A lemon grass soup with chicken, mushroom, jalapeno and lime juice.

Thai BBQ Chicken
Half of a chicken marinated in Thai special herbs.

Pompano
Deep fried whole pompano topped with special Thai spicy sauce.

Crab Meat Fried Rice
Sauteed rice with crab meat, egg, white onion, tomato and green onion.

Pad Woon Sen
Stir fried silver noodles with onion, tomatoes and egg.

....and for dessert we all shared fried bananas with coconut ice cream and green tea ice cream.

WOW I AM COMING BACK HERE. THE PORTIONS ARE HUGE. THE PRICE IS RIGHT. FOR 5 PEOPLE IT CAME OUT TO $125. MANY THAI DISHES THAT I NEVER HEARD OF. I WOULD LIKE TO TRY THEM. EVERYTHING WE ORDERED WAS DELICIOUS.

NOTE: MORE PICS ARE ON THE VEGAS BLOG. TOO MUCH YUMMINESS TO SHOW, IF THAT IS A WORD :P
