NOTE: the website has not updated the website. they have new rolls. this is their other location in the eastside of the strip.

i enjoy coming here. my mum loves eating here every time she visits. she loves the 4 different tempura rolls.

this is an all-u-can-eat sushi bar for $25.99 for an hour. it's comes with appetizers, sides, and dessert, all in one price.

they have an overwhelming list of rolls and sushi.

if you are lucky, JR is your sushi chef. i would recommend sitting at the bar if there are 2 of you.

i always order eel sushi, spider roll, yellow tail, and moon roll, which is yellow tail, salmon, avocado revise roll

If you are a big fan of top chef on the bravo channel, like me. the owner of le cirque nyc, le cirque las vegas, and circo las vegas and others, sirio maccioni was one of the quick fire challenge judge.

my mum, aunt and i ate here for dinner. my cousin's husband, arnel is one of the pastry chefs here.

$105 for 3 courses

to open our dinning experience, we were given a shot of chestnut soup with violet petals, croutons, and nuts

my first course was the Sautéed Foie Gras with Seasonal Fruits, Dried Cherries, Cranberries and Apricots. my mum was the "Le Cirque" Lobster Salad, Black Truffle Dressing. my aunt was the Burgundy Snails in Garlic Herb Butter with Brioche Croutons, Confit Tomato, Parma Prosciutto

I THINK MY VEINS WAS GONNA EXPLODE.....HOWEVER WORTH IT....:P

our extra course courtesy of arnel, was a cheese risotto with white truffle shavings for all of us. THIS WAS YUMMY :P

to clean our palette for the main course, was a shot of white wine with a floating lemon sherbet on top was a 24 karot gold edible gold.

my main course was the Rabbit Symphony: Ravioli, Roasted Loin, Braised Leg with Crispy Spaëtzles and Riesling Sauce. OH AND BY THE WAY, THE RAVIOLI WAS STUFFED WITH RABBIT LIVER.....YUMMY :P my mum and aunt had the signature dish, Paupiette of Sea-Bass with Crispy Potatoes, Braised Leeks, Pinot Noir Reduction

my dessert course was Chocolate Soufflé traditional chocolate soufflé with vanilla ice cream and chantilly. my mum had a stawberry soufflé with vanilla ice cream and chantilly. my aunt gran marnier soufflé with vanilla ice cream and chantilly

served with a desert wine called, sauterne, which is by the way is on the house.

since arnel is the pastry cook. he spoiled us with 4 more desserts:

Floating Island
old-fashioned style island over light vanilla cream

Crepes Suzette
with oriental orange and Grand Marnier parfait

Crème Brûlée “Le Cirque”

petit fours

OMG if arnel was not working there. our bills would come to $500. that was a beautiful dinning experience. we had the view of the bellagio water fountain show in front of the resturant.

THE PICS BELOW ARE WHAT I ORDERED. MORE PICS ARE IN THE ON THE VEGAS BLOG. ENJOY :)
