CREATE

I saw this out of a fluke. i was on my way to pay for my HOA dues and i saw CREATE: GOURMET BURGERS AND FROZEN CUSTARD. i was like WHAT?!?!?! 2 yummy food all in one roof. although this is a common thing in Wisconsin.

it is a build your own burger and their are "house" specials. there are 3 types of bread, wheat, white and hawaiian, which is sweet. you can choose either 1/4lbs. 1/2lb. 3/4lbs. and 1 pound. you can add nay cheese for 55 cents. all others are FREE. if you wanted a double meat it of course be extra.

i shared with my friend, a 1/4lbs. burger and he also wanted to try a vanilla frozen custard. it was a yummy burger. although, lance the owner of CREATE said their normal wheat bread is out of stock. i like the bun i had. the vanilla frozen custard is creamy, sweet, and smooth. i only had a taste considering i am hypoglycemic.

all over the walls there are plenty of inspiring quotes and food quotes from influential people. you will recognized it. it has a comfy feel when you walk in.

lance, said that it was been opened for 7 months. i would like to come back when he has sugar free options. i told him to call me to be his guinea pig HAHAHA.

i would like to come back and try more of the burgers. he will be adding more varieties of meat in the future. there is a future of CREATE in vegas.

OMG I FOUND THE PLACE WHERE I WILL HAVE MY WEDDING CAKE!!!!!! HAHAHAHA :P

i about had a food-gasim when my cousin, B, the pastry chef of the RIO hotel introduced me to this place called "QUEEN CW HEAVEN" HAHAHHAA :P she wanted to have a sugar free chocolate cake for her pastry chef husband's birthday.

i went here with an empty stomach and drooling. as i walked it. i was slapped by the smell of freshly baked cookies and muffins. i bee lined to the chocolate pie and chocolate covered candies. there was samples in a 24hr bases.

they had been in business for 17 years. jose the owner is also a diabectic himself bakes every morning. i wish i knew about this place. i would have my birthday made here.

i ordered a chocolate pie, banana nut muffin, napoleon, cheese turnover, and a chocolate chip cookie. i wanted to buy a little of everything. i will order the chocolate truffles later.

WOW the chocoalate pie is wonderful. it does not have the after taste. you can't even tell it is. i had 2 slices of it. i was in HEAVEN!!!!

i am definitely coming back here. i bit of a drive but it is worth it. this is a perfect place to introduce people who are newly diabectic and loves sweets.
