HIGH END 24HRS EATS
I ate here with mum after we watched "THE JERSEY BOYS". It was 12am and we had the munches. I don't normally come here to eat. the idea of paying a $13 omelet is a bit over the top. i treated this as "after clubbing" food. if i was here during the day it would be worth it for me to eat there sandwiches or waffles.

i ordered the southwestern omelet, mozzarella cheese, bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms. WOW $13 it was a large portion.

mum ordered the corned beef with hash. IT WAS NOTHING SPECIAL. although, i loved there rye bread. it was lightly toasted like i wanted.

i would recommend to dine here anytime but after 12am. there are other 24hrs restaurants to choose from. unless you are staying there.

although, this isn't the first time i have eaten here. i ate here back in 2005, only because i heard of chef jeff henderson. he has a inspiring and remarkable story to share.

Chef Jeff Henderson is an award-winning chef, bestselling author and popular public speaker — and an ex-offender, having served nearly a decade in prison for drugs. Having run kitchens as Executive Chef at the renowned Café Bellagio and Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas, he has become one of the most inspirational African-American chefs in the country.

In 2001, Jeff made history in Las Vegas, when he became the first African-American named "Chef de Cuisine" at Caesars Palace. He eventually became an executive chef at several top restaurants including Café Bellagio, where he worked until 2006.

Jeff's remarkable story of finding his passion for cooking while incarcerated and turning his life around was captured in his New York Times Bestseller COOKED (William Morrow, February 2007). His story is now being turned into a major motion picture by the team that made The Pursuit of Happyness: Will Smith and his production company Overbrook Entertainment, Escape Artists and Columbia Pictures.

Jeff has received widespread national attention on numerous TV and radio programs and print publications, including The Oprah Winfrey Show, Good Morning America, The Montel Williams Show, CNBC, NPR's All Things Considered, People and USA Today. As a passionate and powerful speaker, Jeff's appearances are in high demand across the country through his company The Henderson Group.

Jeff currently lives in Las Vegas with his wife and three children.

50'S AND 60'S BROADWAY
This show is a regular headliner at the PALAZZO HOTEL. my mum wanted to see this show. i was partial to it. i have hear good reviews that i was nudged to see it. this is the story about frankie valli and the four seasons.

Jersey Boys at the Palazzo is a cinematic journey through the lives of Frankie Valli, Tommy DeVito, Nick Massi and Bob Gaudio and their rise to stardom as The Four Seasons. Their voices fit together in perfect harmony yet each of The Four Seasons had a distinctly different personality that becomes apparent as they take turns telling their side of the story.

The show, written by Marshal Brickman and Rick Elice, begins with four blue-collar kids working their way from the streets of Newark, N.J., to achieving their dreams of being famous. Their captivating journey to stardom is told through sensational performances and some of the band’s hit songs like “Big Girls Don't Cry," “Sherry,” "Oh, What a Night" and “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You.”

“We put Jersey on the map,” says DeVito, played by Jeremy Kuschnier, who is the first storyteller for the evening. “Ask four guys how it happened and you get four different versions but they all start here.”

As he narrates, the other characters play out the live version of his recollection of how the band came together. He floats in and out of his role as both a narrator and an active part of the scenes.

DeVito is the guiding force for the band and recommends that they need one more guy to complete their sound. His friend, Joe Pesci, initiates a meeting between Bob Gaudio, played by Erich Bergen, and the rest of the band.

It ends with each band member shares what have they been doing since and currently doing. It has many funny moments. I would recommend this show. however, the seats are not comfy. i kept on adjusting. There were many empty seats. Mum and i move 2 rows down to put our feet up and stretch out.
