UNIQUE ICE CREAM
I went here with lisa(lisabrook21) after dinner. i have never been here before. i have seen this in malls and such. every time i go to a kiosk, there is no "sugar free" flavors. FINALLY, there i found one that serves it.
i of course ordered the sugar free chocolate and vanilla with oreos. lisa ordered the rainbow mix.
it was yummy. it is very unique texture and flavor. the whole process was interesting. the process of cryogenic encapsulation...a scientific way of saying he used super-cold freezing methods to make little beads
of ice cream.
they have floats, cakes, and smoothes as well. it is open late. i can swing by here for a quick run after dinner.
