CHICAGO OWNED BREWERY IN VEGAS
This the one and only in vegas. it is a working brewery. they had award winning beers. they had a long list of beers and many in the works.
I got free tickets to sinbad, the comedian. my best friend from LA is visiting me for the weekend. after the show, we ate here. he was craving for pizza. it's vegas, you can find anything 24hrs. this was near my house.
we wanted a snack size pizza. we shared a 10in. chicago style BBQ pizza, pieces of chicken breast, corn, roasted onions, cliantro, basil, and BBQ
this is not chicago style, it was thin crusted. however, there was plenty of chunks of chicken. i have never had corn on pizza. it was interested and flavorful.
i would like to go back to try:
TRIO OF FILET MIGNON SLIDERS
THREE BROILED TENDERLOIN FILETS TOPPED WITH SAUTEED MUSHROOMS & ONIONS
