a park in the Bronx over Yankee Stadium

The sun is beating down on my baseball hat

We get to sleep in...yawn...I needed it...yawn some more (no seriously...as I write this I am yawning).  But we hurry up and get out of there for what is Brandon's big day...Yankee Stadium.  And to his surprise they have a guided tour which was the best 12 bucks he's ever spent...you can correct me if I"m wrong.  So we go to the Bronx and take our hour stadium tour and Brandon's like a kid in a candy store...he actually got to sit where Joe Torre farted...or so he thinks.  But we get to see everything...we get to go to the field, in the locker room and up in the press box...which was cool to see a stadium in that many views!!!

We went to White Castle and we got thrown out

After Yankee stadium we took our way back down to Manhattan to lower east Harlem to do what everybody wants to do after Harold and Kumar goes to White Castle and that's to see if those burgers are worth it.

Brandon getting excited!!!
...it's an experience you should take, but it's not something you would drive all night for...unless you're not eating later in the day and you want some after taste of food to quench your hunger; but having that taste and being hungry might actually be bad for being hungry...right?  So...I was intrigued because I went there in May and the area must have cleaned up because back 6 months ago the window to order at was behind glass...and this time it wasn't and the bathrooms weren't behind glass neither...so that gave me hope...

We then met up with Jason...ronnies roomie....for some good and very healty dinner at a very spacious restaurant...I was very impressed with the size of the eatery and with how good the food was...mmmm...a hummus sandwich with veggies on Pita is very yummy!!!  Then he showed us the joys of organic cookies.

..which were devine...Jason...I want some when I come back!!!

After dinner Ronnie joined up with us and she showed us where the ghostbuster fire house is...which was really cool...such a classic movie after all these years and it's still good!!!

Then we got to watch another B rated movie Space Camp...and did you guys know that Joaquin Phoenix is credited as Leaf Phoenix until 1989?  A little trivia fact for you that we learned that night.
