Seattle is a beatiful and nice place to visit, stay and work. Starbucks, Expedia, Amazon and Microsoft set up their head quarters in this area. This give Seattle a new and active source of energy.

Poulsbo is a very sweet, peaceful and beautiful community. People there are very nice and warm. You can rent a car and take Ferries from Seattle to this island. Enjoy and taste the  elegant scenes here.

Great photos of Viking Fest in Poulsbo. I grew up in Poulsbo, so I remember every year as a kid enjoying the festival. Great review. Only one minor change, Poulsbo is actually not on an island, but the Kitsap Peninsula.
