A short road trip with friends following college graduation in 2004.

last day

This morning we focused on Paul Revere.  We spent some time in Old North Church (I was startled by how high the boxes around the pews were, new experience for me.)  Being Methodist, I was excited to discover that Charles Wesley had preached here.  I was amused by the fact that the cherubs decorating the organ were legally stolen from a French ship several centuries back.  Walking around the leafy Paul Revere Mall gave us a nice respite from a busy city feeling.

The afternoon found us down by the Harbor.  This was really nice and easily accessible.  I think I had a little too much fun trying to photograph a seagull.

We finished the day in the city back in the Faneuil Hall area.  The food court gave us plenty of options on food, always good when traveling in a group with different tastebuds.

I think it had something to do with us not getting along with the French...

Nice! How do you 'legally steal' anything?
I must learn me that trick... ;o)
