My voyage to Norway. i am flying to Bergen to start the fjords cruise from north to south to Kirkenes then back to Bergen. i will be going to 36 towns including Trondheim, Bodo, Hammerfest, Kirkenes and Tromso. I am leaving a 110 degree weather to a 40 degree weather.

BRONNOYSUND, NORWAY

We arrived at Bronnoysund, (5,000 population). We docked for an hour. We just walked around. It was cloudy and drizzling. I took pictures on the dock. I found a dead sea urchin. I think an sea otter ate it and left the carcass.

 

About 40min after we left Bronnoysund, we were going to sail by Torghattten. If the weather was good, which it was not. We would be able to see the hole through the Trog-hatten Mountain. The hole is 480 feet long, 115 feet high and 80 feet wide.

 

It was dinner time; we had cream of chicken, cod, and my favorite dessert that I have been waiting for, chocolate volcano cake. I was in heaven. I should have ordered another piece. NAAAAAAH. I have been such a pig.

We(the sümphonic band I play in) had a concert at/in Torghatten in june 2005. Very good viuw from there, and a very different experience.
