Everytime I come to Vienna I feel like I am at home. I already know lots of places. I always take very long walks and feel good that I am there. Old and new, it's all there. Anybody should love this city.
So I decided to take a walk first to the St. Stephan's Cathedral, to see again the gothic church. I am not a religious person, but I just love it as a building.
Lots of terraces also around the Stephansplatz, lots of people, everybody just sit on a table or walk arround to admire the place.
Recently I heard about the best coffee in Vienna, real traditional one and I wanted to try it. In five minutes from Stephans Dom there I was... back 100 years in the past, at Cafe Hawelka. I never drank a coffee that good. I will recomend it to everyone... just ask for the speciality of the house. The inside is so well kept as it was at the beginning. The owner used to personally welcome every customer and invite him to a table. They say he's more than 90 years old.
I left after an hour... but with the taste of the good coffee..
There was music playing on the streets, lots of shops... but oops, they were closed. All shops are closed on Sunday in Vienna. And I wanted so bad one of those sweets... I took a picture though :)
I had one week ahead, so I just continued to relax with walking...
