Galapagos: North Seymour Island, Isla Baltra and Isla Santa Cruz

After a hike on North Seymour Island in the morning it was time to say goodbye to our first group of ship mates and our guide, Juan, who was off on his holidays.

We waited on the beach on Baltra Island while the boat was cleaned and refuelled and then went back on board to await the arrival of the new crew!

We were joined by Eva, Jodie and Corrie from Canada, Phil and Maria from UK, Marie from Denmark and Emilio and Jeordie from Spain. Over lunch we started to learn about one another before heading off on a snorkelling trip. Andrei and I didn´t take part in this one , but Nicola did and saw some more sharks.

In the late afternoon we went out in the dinghy to another area of Santa Cruz Island which was beautiful. It was a bay surrounded by mangroves where lots of pelicans resided. The sun set that evening was also amazing. Then it was off to bed to rest for the next action packed day.
