San Francisco across the bay

I got up early to run the gas out of my car.  It could only have 1/4th of a tank to get on the ship.  I must have circled the airport 20 times.  I got tired around lunch time and Car was coming over so I headed back to the Hotel.  She suggested that she give us a driving tour to pass the time and to find the docks.  We headed into Oakland and some of the nearby towns.  We stopped at a international market place for lunch and all had Jamacian jerk chicken.

I was at about 1/4th of a tank when the time to go to the docks came around, so I followed Car.  We got the car put on the ship no problem and had the rest of the day free.  Car suggested that we go to a nearby park that you could see San Francisco from.  There were geese, pelicans and seagulls everywere.    We got some nice shots of the city and got some exercise taking funny pictures on one of the hills.

We headed back to the hotel for naps and to wash the goose crap off that we were covered.  For dinner we when to In-and-Out Berger.  I'd never been to one since the don't have them on the East Coast or Europe.  Liz's made her really sick.  We met up with Car's friend again to get ice cream, and Liz didn't even want any.  Later on that night she puked.  Car came over and we talked and joked until kind of late.  We packed everything and got ready to leave eary in the morning.
