Bonneville Salt Flats
July 6, 2007
We stopped about 100 miles outside Salt Lake City at a rest stop next to the Bonneville Salt Flats. It was about 100 degrees, but it wasn't humid at all and there was a light wind so it really didn't feel that bad. It was strange becuase when you look at the flat it sort of looks like snow, but when you walk out onto it, its hot. It was pretty picturesque with the mountains in the background. We only hung around to get several shots before we got back on the road.
