Wear Sun Cream!

Out at the beach all day, splashing in the waves!

Heaven! One moment im floating upside down in the clear blue water, the next a life guard shouts "everyone out the water theres a shark".............. Iv never seen lads move so fast!

Half an hour passes and everyone is back into the water, but during that time i didnt re-apply my suncream and spent the rest of the afternoon having a wounderful time but forgeting about the sun, its heat and my "white pommie skin"

That  night in bed the heat comming off me, you could have had a braai on me! The next day my back was coverd in blisters and i was diagnosed with 3rd degree burns and had to see a skin specialist on returning to the Uk
