If you're a fan of Victorian architecture and historical houses, then you'll love this gorgeous house inhabited by John A. Macdonald's son, Hugh John Macdonald. This is a great museum for anyone to go to spend the afternoon. There are a lot of interactive activities that kids (and those who are kids at heart) will enjoy, including a replica of a ship that you can explore, as well as a reconstruction of a late 1800's Winnipeg street, which you can explore and wander through the shops and street. Give yourself at least 3 hours to go through the museum to look at everything!
