Bad Aussee, the Styrian region in the geographical heart of Austria - Bad Aussee

Bad Aussee is a small mountain city with a long history and famous events. One of the biggest yearly event is on Faschingsdienstag (Fat Tuesday). Another is the Narzissenfest a flower festival well known for its beauty. And fo course the (in)famous traditional beer festival in the even smaller neighbour village Altaussee at the end of August. Bad Aussee and its surrounding is beautiful like no other place in Austria. Its lakes and mountains have much to offer at any season.
