Please come and take a walk with me through the Butchart Gardens Magical 12 days of christmas lights show!!

First only a little history, as I will go into all that during the year.

I want to show you the magic of Christmas here at the gardens.

A little history

Benvenito, Italian for welcome is the name that the Butchart's used for their orginal estate, Now a historical site of Canada, and still privatley owned by family descendants.

The butchart gardens offers 55 acres of beauty all year long.

From December 1st to January 6th they offer one of the best light shows ever...well for me anyways:)

This year 2010 is their 24th year of having the christmas light show.

Tens of thousand of lights illuminate the grounds and the theme is the Twelve days of Christmas.

There is also an outdoor skating rink, a carousal and stores and restaurants.

It also has an outdoor theatre which goes on all the time.

Kids can make a snowflakes at home an bring it in and in exchage get a free hot chocolate...

It's magic...
