An evening in Florence

I got off the train in Florence and ran out of the station looking for my friend.  Fortunately, she was still waiting for me!  I think she was pretty tired of waiting, but I am thankful that she did.  She had with her a new friend that she had met in her hostel, so we set out to find a place to eat.  We ended up having some pizza at a little restaurant near the duomo.  It was incredible!  Afterwards, we walked down by the river and just hung out.  We had a great time in Florence that night!

We had decided to meet up the next morning and travel somewhere else in Italy...but where would we go?
