First we walked around the piers and found a great little market. I got some sauce and naan bread and it was great. I sat down by the harbor and ate the bread surrounded by obese pigeons. I love birds. Later I walked around and got help from a guy in tight pink running pants.
I went up to a tower. I had to climb a lot of stairs to get there and it was super cool. People's back yards gave way to these stairs, it must be incredibly cool to go to school by climbing down a bajillion stairs every morning. At the tower I had to go to the bathroom, but I had to pay 25 cents. What kind of place is this?
After that I went back down and got a bike rental to bike across the golden gate bridge.
After we returned the bikes we walked around China town and got some really cheap food. It was also really delicious. We ended up giving the guy a really large tip because the food was so underpriced. I think I got a plate of noodles for a dollar and fifty cents.
Later on we drove to Los Gatos and stayed in a motel. The next day we went back South towards Santa Barbara.
