Ottawa

Vicky had the day off today, so she was interested in doing a city tour with me today, which left from downtown. We also bought tickets for the Ottawa River cruise. The city tour was great. We had an amazing tour guide who was very informative and funny. We actually learned a lot about the city. We had time between the tour and the cruise, so we walked to the Market and had a great fish and chips lunch at The Aulde Dubliner. From there we walked to the river and got on the boat. We had a good guide on that, too. From there we went back to Vicky’s place and got her car. We did some errands (namely going to the liquor store), and got ready to go to a party. The night started out really fun at Vicky’s friends house. From there we decided to go to a club (I can‘t remember the name of the place), which turned out to be a bust. We should have stayed at Katie’s house to party. We didn’t stay our late, as we weren’t having the greatest time. Vicky and I caught a cab home and went to sleep. In all, though, it was a great day.
