My friend Andrea and I decided to travel down to Kyoto for Spring Break. We visited Hiroshima, Miyajima, and Kyoto. It was an amazing trip and I learned so much about Japan, the people here, and the culture.

We are leaving tomorrow!

This will be my first trip in Japan and I cannot wait to leave tomorrow. My bags are packed and ready to go. There is one slight problem...My voice is horrible and I really need to rest it before Andrea and I leave. I taught at the elementary school on Thursday and I did five periods of Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes. I cannot talk without coughing. I hope a good nights sleep helps to cure my voice.
