Visited Top One Nightclub with a fairly large group of friends in July 2006. Entry was equvilant to about £3 and they provided free drinks all night with a cocktail waiter at your own private table! Full of people all looking to have a good time, there was no violence or anything like that, and the music was pretty decent, would categorise it as Chinese trance. It was located near the river in the centre of the city. Was a great night out at a reasonable price, if your looking for a lively night out then this is a good bet in Hengyang!
