Flew into Sydney on 3/12/05 on a Years Working Holiday Visa, where I travelled the whole East Coast of Australia in a Campervan with Two Top Guys from N'Ireland. Finished off our Trip working in a Gold Mine in Meekatharra, WA where we made mega bucks, we broke even at the end of our trip. From here, we flew out to Bangkok to start a South East Asia experience.

Nimbin

On our way up to Byron, we took a 20km Detour to a place called Nimbin. With a population of only 320 people, Nimbin is only a small town. Known for its laid back hippy lifestyle, it is well worth a visit.

As soon as we got out the van we were all offered some dope. We took a tour down the main road and got a bite to eat constantly been asked if we wanted any dope or cookies.

In the end we got a bag of grass and a pack of 10 cookies for the memory, lol.
