I wanted to see the peonies in Luoyang this spring, so I joined a tour which goes there and a few other old cities in northern China with historical and cultural significance.

We went to Zhengzhou for the night at the Crown Plaza Holiday Inn. The hotel was of the international standard, therefore the internet connection here cost 1RMB per minute!
