part of my Landaise salad(starving, I have already eaten the two thirds of the pic)including tasty foie gras, confit of gizzards and smoked duck breast

Though a generous breakfast, after my fantastic visit of Germolles,a bit hungry, heading north east,I quickly reached Le Guide de Marloux(named after a local marker) recommended by Matthieu Pinette.owner of the Château.

Though located close to the important Côte Chalonnaise junction(the Autun road crossing the Côte Chalonnaise Wine Tour road),I enjoyed my snack on a large ,shady and QUIET terrace.

The 13,50 menu of the day with a choice of starters,a choice of main and a cheese or a dessert was too hearty for me and I had only (people next to me at table had appetizing courses) a generous and yummy Landaise salad (13 euro) including foie gras, smoked duck breast and confit of gizzards washed with a fillette(literally little girl) of local red wine.I had no dessert but a free expresso with the Germolles ticket!
