Last night we agreed to meet at the Westridge-Canyonback Wilderness Park at 8am to start our hiking. I had a good night and was fresh and redy to go. Dan would join the group this time. Although he's been living in L.A. for a few years, this hiking would be something new for him too, sweet! So we both drove together. We arrived there and there were already some people waiting. I saw everyone was wearing long sleeves. I was the only one who didn't do so... Hopefully it'd get sunny later. It was a bit windy right now, brrrr.

A few minutes later the gang started to arrive, including Mel and her baby: Gracie! A sweet boxer. But she wasn't the only 4legs friend. Alice's son,  Remy, was also there. Since I couldn't take my baby with me, I brought in my bag his mini representation: Minigunther :) After taking some pictures and getting all together and organized, we were ready to leave.

There were some people from last night, but there were also new faces.

Definitely it was a new way to see L.A. Not only the city, but the mountains surrounding it. It was still a bit cloudy, but not cold anymore. I was taking tons of pics and noticed Minigunther & me became Big's models. Can't wait to see those pictures. He's such a great photographer.

It as getting later and the sun came out. I even got a bit tanned, so bad I got the T-shirt marks, ooops! We followed the path and enjoyed the hiking, so did our little fellas. We found interesting things like a lizard, nice flowers and even a giant keyboard, hahaha.

In our way back to the parking area, we went to the point view. After climbing the tower we got a breathtaking view of the whole valley. It was amazing. The best spot for a group shot :)

It was about 11:30am when we were ready to go, perfect timing for lunch. Keith might already be at the restaurant waiting for us :)
