Today, did something I never thought in a million years that I would ever do, I went Snorkeling. My friend brokered a deal with First Impressions http://www.catamaranchartering.com/sailing.htm for six of us to go on a half-day snorkeling extraveganza. It was a beautiful hot day, the boat was decent and provided drinks as well as nice soca/reggae music. I was nervous because I didn't really understand what snorkeling involved, I thought - at first - that I would be submerged completely underwater. I was relieved to discover that snorkeling is merely sticking your face in the water and breathing through an air tube. We visited the underwater sculptures at Moilinere bay http://www.underwatersculpture.com/pages/gallery/underwater-gallery/index.htm. It was a thrilling, therapeutic experience. Our instructor took as quite far away from the boat and I felt nervous at times but once I was convinced the life jacket was doing its job I relaxed. I was impressed with First Impressions, they picked us up from our home and took us back again too. Most of the rest of my family went to Grenville http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grenville,_Grenada to visit with members of my family who live there.
