Virgin Mary at the entrance of Jauja
I was lucky I could sleep most of the night, by the time I woke up we were already in Jauja which is about 35min away from Huancayo. Jauja is a small town which was the 1st capital of the country. Yep, Jauja was Peru's capital before Lima, although this didn't last long since they were looking for a city next to the sea. Back to the story, I woke up a couple of minutes before the bus stop and what did I do first? Well, taking pics, hahaha. Nathan was looking at me like if I were crazy. I know, I know, taking pics is an addiction/hobby, hehe. When the bus stopped, I checked outside and what did I see first? A night club! hahaha, I guess you find a night club everywhere in the world.

After a quick stop, so some passengers could leave the bus. We reassume our journey to Huancayo. I could hardly wait to arrive in Huancayo and found the best way to go to our final destination: Huancavelica. Although, I have to be honest, I was also looking forward to have breakfast at the cafe I went last time I was in Huancayo. That place was awesome!
